Behaviors (install what moves outcomes):
Live coaching + hot seats. Together, we’ll choose your teen’s three non-negotiables—the actions that lead to success in your house, school, and schedule. We’ll set daily triggers, minimum reps, and a simple “if-then” plan for when resistance shows up. Parents get the exact cues to use—and what to stop saying—so independence grows.
Learn Faster (so results come faster):
I’ll teach the way I learn anything quickly: take it apart, rep the parts, then put it back together. We’ll run a micro-drill live (think: a clean 60-second answer to a tough question or a fast decision under time). Two quick cycles. Immediate notes on what changed. You’ll leave knowing how to repeat that loop at home in minutes, not hours.
Hot seats:
We’ll work 3–5 families on the spot (first come in-room), so everyone sees the process and writes it down for their own teen.
Walk out with notes you can use immediately:
New belief lines your teen can actually say when it’s time to step up. Three behavior commitments (with triggers, minimum reps, and a parent cue). A simple learn-faster loop you’ll reuse for speaking, decisions, and leadership moments.
