Book your call with me to find out how your teen can excel in sports, school, career, and ultimately get through the tough things in life by utilizing ALL their capabilities.
I build your teen to be self-driven, confident, mentally strong, and hyper-focused to never give up.
I’m not here to fix your teen. I’m here to build them.
Not with hype or surface-level advice, but by going straight to the core of what shapes their ambitions, confidence, choices, and focus.
I’ve spent the last three decades coaching and developing people—from kids and teens to senior leaders—through moments of doubt, fear, and untapped potential.
Whether I was teaching martial arts, leading Marines, or building multimillion-dollar teams from scratch, my work has always come back to one thing: building people to become who they’re meant to be.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, cookie-cutter programs, or promises I can’t keep.
What I offer is a deep, real process: a 6-week track designed to help your teen discover the power of concentration on a single action that drives their discipline, confidence, self-image, and self-leadership.
Together, we’ll build the tools they’ll need to move forward with clarity, courage, and confidence.
This isn’t about having them follow my system. It’s about helping them build their own. That’s why this call is a Coach Fit conversation—a space for us to get real, talk through what’s going on, and see if this is the right move at the right time.
This is not a “sign-up-now-before-you-miss-out” kind of pitch.
It’s a conversation.
We’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—what’s driving your teen’s hesitation, self-doubt, or other factors—and talk honestly about what it would take to help them grow from it.
No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest, guided dialogue to help us both make a decision that respects your teen’s development and your family’s values.
If it’s not the right time or the right fit, I’ll tell you that. If it is, we’ll take the next step together.
If that sounds fair, book a call with me. It's free.
Most real transformation lives beyond behavior tweaks, productivity hacks, and motivational fluff.
The truth? Most teens don’t need more advice. They need help rebuilding what’s underneath—beliefs, behaviors, mindset, identity, and how they see themselves in the world. That’s where I work. I help them build who they are becoming.
I build internal frameworks that give your teen tools to…
I focus on the inner game - building confidence, personal accountability, self-image, and self-leadership. We create tools that fit them, not ones that make them fit into a mold.
I’m not for everyone—and I won’t pretend to be.
Some parents are looking for someone to “make their kid behave.” That’s not what I do.
I don’t believe your teen is broken. I believe they’re capable—but maybe they haven’t been shown how to access that capability in a way that’s real, lasting, and aligned with who they are.
If you want to build a teen who knows how to stand on their own, finish what they start, speak up for themselves, can handle life, and who learns how to think, lead, and act —that’s where I come in.
But we don’t start with commitment.
We start with a conversation.

I’m a builder of people.
For over 30 years—whether through martial arts, military leadership, coaching kids and teens, or guiding adults—I’ve been quietly doing the same thing: helping people break through the mental walls that hold them back. Not with gimmicks, not with lectures, but with deep, grounded conversation and development that goes beneath the surface.
My journey started in places where structure and discipline were expected—the Marine Corps, business leadership, and martial arts schools. But what set me apart was how I listened, how I saw past behaviors and into the beliefs behind them. That turned into a superpower: I could often see someone’s potential more clearly than they could. And I never let go of that skill.
I’ve worked with thousands of kids, teens, adults, and every professional you can imagine, from Doctors, Lawyers, Psychologists, Military Officers, Professionals with PhDs and Master Degrees, and other high-level careerists—but titles never mattered to me. What mattered was: Can I help this person get free? Can I help them believe again?
Now, I use that experience to help teens rebuild confidence, develop character and discipline, and take leadership in their own lives—before the world teaches them to shrink.
I didn’t get here through certifications or sitting in a lecture hall. I got here through trenches, classrooms, failure, wins, and thousands of hours coaching kids, teens, and adults on real challenges.
I built my methods by watching what worked in the real world—not just in theory. I studied human behavior by being in it—watching kids crumble under pressure, then learn to rebuild. Seeing teens labeled with ADHD or learning disabilities break free when someone finally saw their strength instead of their flaws.
I developed my approach from three foundational experiences:
What I teach is a blend of lived experience, emotional intelligence, mindset development, and systemized personal growth. And no two coaching experiences are exactly the same—because no two teens are.
“You deserve to know what kind of coach you're inviting into your teen's life.”

I believe your teen already has what they need inside them.
They don’t need to be “fixed.” They need to be seen, coached, challenged, and believed in—until they can lead their own life.
I’ve watched kids labeled with ADHD or learning disabilities go from overlooked to unstoppable—once someone finally saw them.

I believe confidence isn’t just a feeling—it’s a skill.
And like any skill, it can be taught, practiced, and mastered with the right kind of coaching.
I’ve seen it happen in a 30-minute class with a kid who couldn’t even look me in the eye when they walked in.

I believe character development is just as important as test scores.
The world doesn’t hand out A’s for resilience, leadership, or mindset—but it does reward those who’ve developed them.
I’ve coached teens with 4.0s who still felt lost, and others barely scraping by who were bold, driven, and thriving.

I believe every teen deserves a mentor who calls them higher.
Not someone who lectures, but someone who teaches them to lead their life with clarity and courage.
I’ve been that voice when nothing else reached them—and watched their world shift in a single breakthrough.

I believe labels don’t define anyone.
With the right mindset and tools, they can outgrow the box they’ve been placed in—by school, society, or self-doubt.
I was told I had a learning disability. One teacher taught me how to focus—and I never wore that label again.

I believe it starts with a real conversation—not a sales pitch.
That’s why I offer this call. Not to convince you—but to help you get clarity on whether this is the right step, right now.
I’ve sat through "discovery" calls that were just disguised as sales calls. That's not what this is.
Here’s what 6 weeks with me actually looks like.
Deep personal discovery
Your teen will uncover limiting beliefs and learn how to shift them into powerful self-led thinking. No more “I can’t” or “I’m just not that kind of person."
Confidence in their voice
We develop communication that’s honest, clear, and strong—so they can advocate for themselves in school, friendships, and life.
Belief and behavior-based building
We train core behaviors and mental systems that your teen will use for years—especially gaining the self-discipline to be driven to stick to processes and reach goals.
Noticeable change
You’ll begin to see differences in how they talk, carry themselves, take responsibility, and handle leadership.
Weekly coaching and progress tracking
Each week includes group coaching, personal reflection, and progress accountability—so there’s movement, not just motivation. They learn to be self-accountable.
Open communication with you
We build a bridge between parent and teen. You’ll understand the process, see the growth, and have space for your voice too.
Not every program fits every teen. And that’s a good thing.
This coaching track is for families who are ready to do things differently—not just try harder at what hasn’t worked.
Still reading?
That usually means something inside you is saying:
“We’ve been looking for this.”
You don’t need to commit to the full program right now.
You just need to take the next step in deciding what’s best for your teen.
This is going to be a conversation between you, your teen, and me.
We’ll look at what’s been getting in the way.
We’ll talk through what’s possible.
And we’ll determine, together, whether this track is the right fit for your family.
If it’s not? I’ll point you in a direction that makes more sense.
If it is? You’ll walk away knowing exactly what to expect and how I’ll help your teen grow.
