Grades help. Activities help. Confidence changes outcomes; Leadership gives the edge. Communication skills secure their future. I help make it stick with accelerated workshops— reps in speaking, decisive action, leadership development, and documented outcomes.
Confidence and leadership aren't topics to read about; they’re skills that are trained.
Here's what you don't want: your teen going quiet when the moment is real—an interview, a presentation, a tryout, a first job—more tutoring won’t fix it.
Repetition will. The kind that asks them to speak clearly, make a call when it’s unclear, organize a small team, finish on a deadline, and see what changed because they acted.
My approach is simple and process-driven: a 2-hour sprint that forces clarity, action, and completion. Speak — decide — lead — finish.
Document what happened, what improved, and what’s next. That’s how confidence shows up when it counts.

In one focused session, your child will go through the exact sprint model I use and how to run their first week at home. You’ll leave with:
Step #1
A single confidence moment to target - picked with a quick baseline of speaking, decisions, and leadership.
This is so you can put the power of focus to work in your child's life to build momentum that lasts.
Step #2
A clear, repeatable rep your teen can practice in minutes—scripts, prompts, and actions included.
They learn to develop the behaviors to succeed, get promotions, and build a great life.
Step #3
A visible result you can point to (e.g., a 60-second talk delivered, a decision made and documented, a leadership role taken)
Knowing how to stack a portfolio of proof helps them get into college, get the right career, and increase earning potential.
Bonus #1
A short list of simple projects any teen can lead fast.
Starting early is the key to developing the skills of a confident leader. With them, they can do anything.
Bonus #2
What to say (and not say) to build independence instead of dependence.
You'll get the correct communication skills to build your child and their future.
Bonus #3
Ask me anything you'd like to learn that will give your teen an edge in school, work, a career, or sports.

About the Workshop Leader
For 34+ years, I’ve coached students from age 3 to their 70s. I’m a senior black belt who teaches Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Pankration, with a 4th-degree in Taekwondo and 2nd-degree in Hapkido. I competed on the All-Marine Corps Taekwondo Team and earned a bronze medal at the All Armed Forces Championships (1997). Since 1991, I’ve taught more than 10,000 students—about a third of them teens—and built a repeatable way to grow confidence that shows up in real life.
My method is simple and hard on purpose: reps under pressure. Teens practice speaking clearly, making decisions when it’s unclear, taking the lead, finishing on a deadline, and documenting what changed because they acted. I’ve also developed practical drills for focus and concentration that work even with highly distractible teens.
I bring corporate leadership to the table too. As a senior leader at a Fortune 500 retailer, I led 13 direct reports and 130 people across sales, operations, and merchandising on a $40M business. I’ve interviewed hundreds of candidates and built teams that outperformed plan—hitting annual sales goals before the end of Q3 and running departments $90K over plan heading into Q4. My hiring lens is simple: lead yourself first.
Results matter. My students consistently report leaving with more confidence—and many go on to finish college, earn commissions as military officers, and lead at work and in their communities. One example: Joe, who came at 14 to improve his grades, climbed from C’s to consistent A’s, completed Army ROTC at CSU Sacramento, and now leads soldiers as an officer at 26.
I work directly with teens 13–18 (select 12-year-olds by maturity) and I involve parents—because you’re your child’s first and last teacher. The standard is high, the feedback is clear, and the growth is visible.
You either build them or break them. I’m here to build them.
